It would be an amazing feature if a server notification was sent when a table is seated in their section!

Warn/Prevent host from seating a walk-in or waitlist party at a table that has an upcoming reservation and won't have enough time to turn. The system allows walk-ins to be sat at any table despite reservation status and only turns the name on the list red a few seconds after it's marked. When we are busy the host has walked away already and doesn't notice this or even worse, they are in the waitlist and don't see the issue until they toggle back. This makes it difficult for servers or less experienced staff members to use the app correctly which we often rely on.

Allow reservations to be made that have no table assignment. "It's better for us because we have numerous options for combo tables and wish to have the ability to make decisions ourselves without the algorithm thinking it knows best. There are just too many factors involved. The app needs to assist the host in doing their job not try to do it completely for them."

Switch the color of assigned tables from servers initials to the whole table colored

It would be very helpful if the number pad looked like it does on a phone instead of the keyboard straight across when taking phone numbers for the waitlist.

Hosts have communicated that when a server gets cut, there's no easy way to do that in Toast Tables other than remove them from the roster, even if they still have tables they're finishing up.

So in our restaurant we go in a order so that servers have an equal amount of tables and if they have requests we move them up on the roster, but we currently do not have a setting for such a function. Thank you in advance, Mythos management
