We have a few tables that we use strictly for first come first served guests. Is there a way to block in-house/online reservations on certain tables covering multiple dates?

We have a buyout and we cant block off specific times on the app. We can only block off service periods on the toast back end.

I would like for the servers to be able to see reservation notes on their POS for reservations that are sat in their sections. In the instance, a host forgets to mention special occasions, VIP guests, etc. etc. It would be nice if the servers had access to those notes directly.

Make certain tables available for walk in's only (for example, high tops in a bar area).

Waitlist quote time should factor in what service area they want to sit in. ex. inside vs. outside. Not just for all available seating.

We have the toggle on to turn the table red for the server on the POS once the host seats it from the host app. The issue with this is that it's the same color as our courses that are on hold. There should be a way to differentiate the colors between held courses and a table that just got sat.

Just seems like TT/ Loyalty / Takeout should all be in one app. We preach bundles and integrations when we sell Toast, let’s Integrate all of these in one place. Would make walkins and demos more of a Wow factor. Change the name to “Let’s Toast” etc so it’s not exclusive to Takeout.

The option to block certain areas from being reserved after a specific time. We have multiple departments and some we don’t take reservations for over dinner.

From customer: "The phone system does not notify if an invalid number has been input. Texts will fail but we don't know they are failing to send due to international numbers or otherwise"

Add a Waitlist button on the Reservation Page that would allow a guest to join the waitlist if they can't make a reservation.
