It seems strange that this isn't an obvious feature. A substantial value of being able to keep notes like this on file is so that the staff can provide better and more tailored service. A server needs access to Tables or there needs to be offline communication between the host and server. Is this is feature that is being worked on?

Hello,
This feature request came up for another account today (11/26/24) during an Upsell consultation session as well for GUID: d04100ae-c405-46e1-bfdd-1ca9313ba980. They would like the ability to be able to have the TT app be tied to their printers to print out the reservations details as needed for the Servers since the Visit Notes aren't appearing on the POS

I have been requesting this feature as well. Adding a printer attached to the host tablet that prints a chit with all pertinent information, such as VIP status, special occasions, dietary restrictions and other useful guest notes like drink preferences, seating preferences, leisurely diners, etc… would be a very useful feature for FOH & BOH staff to utilize. We are planning to build this but many other teams are involved so timeline is not yet clear. I'll share out an update once we have it! We plan to add special request, occasion, guest info, internal notes, VIP tag, etc. as well as data from Guestbook.
