It would be an amazing feature if a server notification was sent when a table is seated in their section!

Update Waitlist Estimate displayed online parties. You should be able to add or remove time in 15-minute increments...

Warn/Prevent host from seating a walk-in or waitlist party at a table that has an upcoming reservation and won't have enough time to turn. The system allows walk-ins to be sat at any table despite reservation status and only turns the name on the list red a few seconds after it's marked. When we are busy the host has walked away already and doesn't notice this or even worse, they are in the waitlist and don't see the issue until they toggle back. This makes it difficult for servers or less experienced staff members to use the app correctly which we often rely on.

Switch the color of assigned tables from servers initials to the whole table colored

It would be very helpful if the number pad looked like it does on a phone instead of the keyboard straight across when taking phone numbers for the waitlist.

Hosts have communicated that when a server gets cut, there's no easy way to do that in Toast Tables other than remove them from the roster, even if they still have tables they're finishing up.

Allow to download and run the toast table app on a Toast CounterTop device. As our idea to sign toast table is to minimize the use of different devices. Why can’t a host take reservations and at the same time take order to go and deliver. Using 1 device (countertop) changing between app.

Would be great to have the Name, Table Assigned and Group size to be shown more intuitively on the screen, or larger font so it can pop. So far the experience is a bit confusing. It takes some effort to find all the important info when reservations arrive. We used opentable and their app was very easy to use. Attached is an example of how their app looks.

It would be nice if a server is added in toast pos that it show app in toast host immediately or shortly after instead of waiting till next day An auto synch or manual sync works

We have a bierhall style dinning room where you we have 8 tops but when we do special events we will fill the entire dinning room to max capacity, so reservations smaller then 8 will get sat at the same table to maximize our seating capacity and attendance. could you create a way to seat multiple reservations a 1 table but start separate tabs.
