Feature Requests (No Longer Monitored)

Our current platform requires initials of the person who is putting in the reservation. This has helped us tremendously if there is any confusion or issue with the reservation. Would it be possible to have the employee put in their name or initials on the reservation, so we know who to call if there is a question?

Make certain functions only accessible with a manager code, such as: -blocking reservations for a specific day (this feature is in progress) -place reservations on a blocked day -place reservations over certain sizes -change settings

Providing a space to leave notes about that day would be helpful.. e.g.. There's a big game in town, a show at the theater across the street, a holiday

Allergy tags for reservations

We want to be able to block out a table for only a temporary hold vs. the entire date

"Prospect is curious if there is anyway in waitlist or tables for their guests to be marked or input information to signal they are loyalty members? Not a deal breaker but curious if they can do it as they love the idea of prioritizing the loyalty members."

Show the host what the current average ticket time is in the kitchen to help slow down seating if needed.

When marking multiple tables used to build a large partyas dirty, all tables used in the build clear put with the exception of one. Having all tables used in the build marked as dirty would be much more helpful and better give an accurate depiction of what tables are available

Want to be able to see waitlist and reservations in a single list to better plan ahead

Sometimes when you try and touch the “create” button and accidentally touch outside of the screen, it will close out the new reservation instead of saving it
