We need an update on toggling the server transfer button at the host stand to require manager approval, similar to the handheld or regular Toast terminals. Currently, it's too easy for servers to transfer without approval.

PIN for over booking

In open table there is a pin required when a time slot is over booked - this is not a feature in toast tables - what is the point of the pacing if everything can be overbooked anyway? Again this was not represented correctly - you sold us on the fact that it had the same features as open table and it does not. It seems like this is a beta version again not what we were sold

Impliment Manager code to override Table or reservation settings
Brandon Tarrant
We really need to be able to prohibit Hosts or others from for example: Making reservations for lunch, sitting a party of 8 at a 7 top, Making reservations despite being turned off in back end. The hosts login permissions need to be bare bones for us.
It would be ideal to have 1 login for Toast Tables that everyone uses on all devices with LIMITED permissions or simply remove all those permissions from all Toast Table Logins except managers, then allow a manager to put his POS code in to override settings on a case by case basis.

I saw this feature request was also submitted by someone else, but not until after I posted. I will leave it up unless deemed it should be deleted. Thanks

If I can add to this, grant access via a drop down menu with permissions for individuals that are allowed these actions.
.
Would also like to see an option for a host to enter their name or log in number instead of a generic “reservation made by host” so that if a question arises regarding a specific reservation, it can be easily discussed with that host.
