Feature Requests

We have multiple devices with Toast Tables throughout our restaurant so our servers and bussers can mark tables clean after they've been cleaned off. It would be nice to have a mode/log-in with settings to hide everything but the tables. Some staff has a tendency (or obsession) to look at the stats and complain about every possible issue they can find with rotation, customer seating preference, etc. Better yet, it would be great if we could mark tables as clean from the Toast POS terminals and handhelds...then we could get rid of the extra tablets.

We need a way to block certain days and times when we have reached capacity so doesn't allow users to make more reservations.

Cx would like to be able to add different covers for different time slots on the toast tables

Ability to block off one hour at a time with one button. 7:00 pm hour blocked done.

Server rotation. Telling the host which server goes next

Newly sat tables appear in red to the servers, but red also signifies a table's food is on hold. This is confusing to servers, so we ask if the newly sat table color can be changed to another color other than green, red, or yellow.

This morning we are noticing that the server rotation has stopped updating its self the way it is supposed to. Also we no longer have the current cover count in service or completed. We would like these features back please.

When we add a new reservation, there is no option to set the party size. Editing a reservation we also cannot change the party size. WE can in the front end web page adust reservations. Please help.. toast table locks in at 2

Would be great to have a easy to see list or notification that Lets the host know there are dirty tables.

Our current platform requires initials of the person who is putting in the reservation. This has helped us tremendously if there is any confusion or issue with the reservation. Would it be possible to have the employee put in their name or initials on the reservation, so we know who to call if there is a question?
