It would be helpful to restrict # of parties per increment instead of max guests. For instance, if we set the max to 8 guests and our increment is 15 minutes, it allows four 2 top reservations in one time slot. We like to limit our reservations to 1 party every 15 minutes and it can be up to 8 people in a single party. For a large establishment, the head count is more useful but in a smaller venue party count per increment is more useful for flow control.

We want customers to be able to fully prepay for their reservation

It would be great if there was a way to have a notification appear on KDS screens when a party over a certain size has been just been seated. Ideally, we'd be able to configure whether the notification appears to just Expediter screen(s) or to all Prep Stations. This would take the place of the host having to go into the kitchen and verbally tell them a large party was just seated, so they know to expect a large order incoming soon, which helps them know not to send someone on their break right at that moment, etc.

Partially Seated will keep the guest on the waitlist and won't start the timer until they are fully seated.

I would like more control over reservation settings than just a max cover per 15 minutes. Specifically another limit for large parties to prevent two booking just 15 min apart.

Allow the creation and easy tagging of guests and reservations. Like internal Notes and Special Requests but better. Example tags: (X) Allergy, Alert Manager, Window Seat, Influencer

Would love to have the option to assign service periods to certain dining areas only.
