Feature Requests (No Longer Monitored)

Its not uncommon for us to have 150 tables reserved on a day....it's tough to get to the bottom of the list if I'm looking something up. We don't need to see every reservation for the day. If lunch and dinner are separated, we could just toggle back and forth as needed.

I see the search by name feature request is showing as complete here, but it doesn’t appear to be installed yet. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I would also like to request a search by email feature, please.

Bringer server tab functionality to mobile devices and allow users to add servers/assign tables

On busy nights, if we go to adjust a reservation, for example change the number of people or their assigned table or even if the group is 5 minutes late, the app thinks we have no availability and automatically bumps them to like 8pm or whatever it thinks is the next available time. It would be better if only manual changes were allowed.

Can we allow for guest count to feed from toast tables into a check to ensure accurate guest counts? Hosts have more of an incentive to maintain accuracy than servers do so it would be nice to have this be a fed field that servers can edit if necessary

For clarity; it would be nice to have a total cover count displayed clearly.

Internal notes are guest notes. Special request are visible to the guest. We need internal reservation notes that are not shown to the guest.

Would like to have the total covers (# of guests) that are booked for the day as well as how many covers are booked within an increment. Gives a better idea of how many people are actually coming through the restaurant as just counting reservations can be arbitrary (ex. 1 reservation of 20 guests and 10 reservations of 2 guests each are the same amount of covers but the reservation count can be misleading)

For customers that are truly waitlist only, they don't want hosts or managers to be able to take ANY reservations. They want the app to be truly waitlist-only and have 0 reference to reservations within it.

The display covers per 15 minutes in the host app for planning purposes and while making a reservation on the app. Also, display this information in a histogram on the Overview Page
