In our previous system, we could hit a button that said "confirm with guest" it would then send a push notification/text to the guest for them to confirm (press 1 to confirm and 2 to cancel). It was so nice to be able to come in when we open and go down the reservation list for the day and have the reservations confirmed without having to contact the guest by phone.
