Hi Emma - I have some follow up questions / clarifications here!
- When you say "facilitated through the host or manager", do you mean you want the host or manager to take the guest's CC information? This won't be available anytime soon due to PCI compliance (our app is not in PCI scope), so that's why we currently have it set up so that when a manager or host books on behalf of a guest, the guest is sent the invoice link to pay themselves.
-When you say "also appears to the public" can you clarify a bit more? You can set up your online reservation Online Access settings to only be for certain party sizes, aka parties from 1-4 and then instruct guests to call or email you to book for parties of 5+. Then when you book for them, the guest is sent the invoice to pay.

Thanks for the info!
We currently only want to charge for parties 5+ Fridays/Saturdays- not at all for parties 1-4. The issue we are running into is turning on the ability to place deposits on our end (when taking call-ins) without turning it on for those 1-4top reservations as well.

Emma Hi Emma - Apologies for the delay here. I'm not really sure I understand the issue. Your deposit settings govern the party size(s) the deposit(s) apply to, and the surface where the booking takes place would not matter. Can you elaborate?
