Online Waitlist Proximity Detector

This feature is a make it or break it feature for any fast-paced restaurant. When I think of the toast system, I think EFFICIENCY! I own a fast-paced brunch restaurant with 1-2 hour waits on the weekends. All of our guests constantly ask about our online waitlist however we deactivated it because of efficiency interruptions. It is our mission to keep wait times as low as possible by flipping tables with a quickness to ensure the next guests are being sat as soon as the busser is walking away from cleaning. In addition, we receive a lot of parties that include strategizing the layout of the room along with the estimated quote time, to ensure we can accommodate putting tables together for large groups. It creates a real hiccup for our kitchen when we line up tables for large groups, while others are opening rapidly and then the guests do not arrive. Now I'm seating half the restaurant at one time vs maintaining a natural crowd flow to the kitchen. In other words, when we're recovering a table for the next guest, we would like the incoming guests to be queued and "on deck" like baseball to keep the room moving. Please Please Please, I know we cannot be the only restaurant that needs this key feature for operation. I would love to speak with anyone on what making this feature available can do for the efficiencies of any restaurant utilizing a waitlist. Thank you!
