Allow multiple servers to be assigned to a table (or combo table) in the event of larger parties that might require multiple servers

The ability to assign a “team” to a combined table is a necessity at our restaurant. We regularly have the need to assign two servers to a combination of tables but we are still unable to split their checks/tables to the respective servers.

We also need this feature for buyouts, ticketed events etc where tip pools etc are different from our normal day to day.
