Hi! We run a restaurant in a very tourist-heavy area and we’ve noticed a recurring issue: many international guests are unable to join our online waitlist or book reservations because the system only accepts U.S. phone numbers.

This is a major setback for us — we receive dozens of tourists daily who are interested in booking, but can’t complete the process due to this limitation.

We’d love to see one (or both) of these improvements:

1. Enable support for international phone numbers.

2. Allow guests to book using an email instead of a phone number.

This would greatly improve the guest experience and reduce friction for our front-of-house staff.
