Guests sometimes forget to mention a prior booking or call from a different number, leading to duplicate reservations. This can result in a valid reservation with complete guest data remaining in the queue while another party is seated. While it's possible to identify these duplicates, the associated check may already be closed by the time the error is recognized. To address this, we request the ability to merge duplicate reservations, preserving all guest data. This would prevent inaccurate cancellation records and allow for more complete guest profiles. Additionally, it would be beneficial to allow guests to share their reservations and easily add all party members' information, ensuring everyone receives relevant menu updates and special offers.
